2012 Read the results and report of our Patient Participation Group HERE
This voluntary group, Friends of Meadowgreen Health Centre assists the Practice by:
Giving a patients' perspective on the range and quality of services provided
Raising money to buy useful medical equipment and improve amenities for patients
All adult patients are invited to attend their regular meetings held at the surgery. The dates of these meetings are advertised on their website coming soon.
Membership is £5 per annum and details of the Chairman and Treasurer can be obtained from Reception or via their notice board in the Waiting Room.
The Friends offer quality books for re-sale in the Waiting Room to support their fundraising . A minimum donation of 50p is requested.
